Opportunity gives hope, and one of Knox Extreme Sports goals is to provide opportunities in both action sports progression and education. With that in mind we are developing two scholarship opportunities for youth in our region.

The Beaver Fleming Woodward Scholarship. Pro Skater and Knoxville Native Beaver Fleming is partnering with Knox Extreme Sports to endow a $2500 per year scholarship to an individual to go to Camp Woodward in either California, Lake Tahoe or Pennsylvania. The scholarship will cover camp entrance fees and airfare to and from the destination up to $2500. Details on qualifying for the scholarship will be available soon.

A college scholarship program is also being developed and we are seeking a sponsor to help endow that scholarship and have it named in their honor. This scholarship will offer $2500 towards college tuition and/or books. The details on qualifying for the scholarship will be available soon along with the sponsor, name and availability.

Our hope on both scholarships is to be able to offer them in 2016 for the summer of 2016 for Woodward and the fall of 2016 for college entrance.
